A solution was prepared by dissolving 33.5 g of Na2C2O4 in enough water to give 1.50 L of solution. The density of the solution was 1.08 g/mL. How many grams of the solution contains 0.125 mol of Na2C2O4?

처음에 만든 용액의 몰농도를 계산하면,

Na2C2O4의 몰질량 = 134.00 g/mol

33.5 g / (134.00 g/mol) = 0.250 mol Na2C2O4

몰농도 = 0.250 mol / 1.50 L = 0.167 M

 

0.125 mol을 포함하는 용액의 부피를 계산하면,

0.125 mol / (0.167 mol/L) = 0.749 L = 749 mL

 

용액의 부피를 질량으로 환산하면,

749 mL × (1.08 g/mL) = 809 g
