해결방법을 찾았고, 오류를 해결했습니다.

 

[시작] - [실행] 창에서 “regedit”를 입력하고, [확인] 버튼을 클릭합니다.

 

 

 

1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services

 

2. Look for an entry listed as DgiVecp

 

 

3. If you find this, then change the Start data value to 4.

4. Reboot the system and see if the message is gone.

 

 

Further explanation: The DgiVECP driver is the Virtual ECP Parallel Port driver. I believe it's used for systems connecting to networked printers where there's a need to go through a parallel port. It allows the printer to connect to a "virtual" parallel port. I've never found any use for this on modern systems.

Also, instead of directly editing the Registry, which can be dangerous, better to use the Service Control command "SC".

Open a command console as Administrator and run:

SC CONFIG dgivecp start= disabled

Note the space after "start=" is REQUIRED.
