If 20 mL samples of 0.1 M solutions of the acids below are taken, which acid would require a different volume of 0.1 M sodium hydroxide for complete neutralization?

 

If 20 cm3 samples of 0.1 mol dm-3 solutions of the acids below are taken, which acid would require a different volume of 0.1 mol dm-3 sodium hydroxide for complete neutralization?

 

A. Nitric acid

B. Sulfuric acid

C. Ethanoic acid

D. Hydrochloric acid

황산은 2가산(diprotic acid), 즉 이온화되면 H^+ 이온을 2개 내놓음.

나머지는 모두 1가산(monoprotic acid), 즉 이온화되면 H^+ 이온을 1개 내놓음.

따라서 황산은 2배의 NaOH 부피가 필요합니다.
